I am trained and certified in sports medicine 

continued education in Nutrition and Aromatherapy

Trained and certified as a Chiropractic assistant in Oregon

I completed training in 2008 and since  2010 managed and operated my own practice in the Santa Cruz area.

I create my own blends of essential oils based on clients needs or preference.

I continue to take classes and learn new treatments to make each session a unique event.

during the years that I have been practicing  I have added  Reiki energy sessions into my practice. 

hot stones and hot towels are part of every treatment..
